MAKING A RETURN?
It is the customers responsibility to return their item/s and cover the return postage fee’s.
STEP 1 - CONTACT SUPPORT
- Contact our customer support team at: crochbae@gmail.com
- Include your order number, full name and reason for return.
- You will be asked for a detailed description and/or photos of the item/s in question.
- Once you have confirmation to return, this is when you can continue the return process.
Without written confirmation from our customer support, the return will not be valid.
STEP 2 - PREPARE YOUR ITEM/S FOR RETURN
- Ensure your item has no signs of wear or tear and has not been used/worn, washed or anything other than try it on.
- The order must not have been placed more than 14 days ago.
(this will have been discussed when speaking about your return)
STEP 3 - PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
- Package your return in the original packaging
- Make sure you package your return with care to ensure it does not get damaged.
- Write a slip of paper, this must include your full name and order number, without this the return is invalid.
Do not forget to put this in the parcel, your return will NOT be valid.
STEP 4 - POST YOUR RETURN
- Post your return using tracked postage method, this will protect the item from getting lost, we do not take responsibility for returns lost in the post.
- We may need your tracking number to verify your return, keep this safe.
Please note! Once we have received your return it will take 15-28 days for the refund to show in your account.
Your refund will be refunded to your original payment method used at checkout.
